Our pricing recognises not only the quality of our bars & service levels but reflects the personal investment on our behalf into your event. We are not a faceless business, during your journey with us we will advise, guide & support you at every turn. What do you want your bar service to look like?
All Inclusive for duration of wedding celebrations
Let us set the scene...
Guests have started to arrive for your gorgeous outdoor wedding, our super friendly event team are welcoming them with glasses of Pimms & ice cold elderflower presse. They stand and mingle until it's time to take their seats to watch you say I do.....
Or, maybe, it's guests arriving from the church after the wedding, they will be greeted by our staff who will offer Champagne or a beer or two, Your guests will spend the next hour or two sipping their fizz , having photos taken & catching up with friends and family.
Once your guests are seated they can expect to sample our wine selections with the wedding breakfast alongside bottled water & cordials. Glasses will be filled for the traditional bridal toasts or you may have swapped them out for your favourite tipples. It's your day, so anything goes.
Once dinner is finished, guests may make their way to the bar where cocktail hour is about to begin. Select two signature cocktails for guests to enjoy whilst you transition from day to night.
As the party gets started, guests can enjoy quality wines, craft ales & ice cold beers, all served alongside a selection of spirits and soft drinks... Our chilled water station is available to guests throughout
An absolutely fantastic day, where guests are not expected to pay for drinks as they are all courtesy of the Happy Couple.
Daytime Only Guest package & Evening Bar
Once the ceremony is over, your guests will be treated to a welcoming drink or two. Something sparkling or a beer perhaps.
Our bar will be open alongside this should guests wish to purchase additional drinks to those offered by yourselves during this downtime before dinner is served.
Once seated guests will enjoy our handpicked wine selection or maybe you have opted to serve jugs of Pimms and cordials as a more informal alternative. Water will be available on the tables also & a glass of toasting fizz will be poured for each guest prior to the toasts.
One of our beautiful bars will be open throughout the day and as day turns to night expect to find a great selection of drinks on sale for guests to purchase.once the meal is over and the wine service has finished.

You may really just like the idea of a wedding that's all done and run by yourselves with the freedom to create your own vibe. Dry hire allows you to supply all of your own drinks and you just hire the bars from us.
